Benedict Commons​

​

Sunken gardens and separate entrances along the street help the passerby see the building as a cluster of individual dwellings. However, the project is communal, organized around a courtyard with spectacular mountain views. The courtyard contains a grass area and garden plots and is the link for the upper floor units.
